Build Guide – P50 Kit Assembly
This build guide takes you step-by-step through assembling your P50 kit.
Each stage focuses on a specific area of the vehicle, with clear instructions and images to guide you through the process.

STAGE 1
Stage 1 – Preparation & Unboxing
Unpack the kit, check all components, and safely prepare the bodyshell for assembly.
STAGE 2
Stage 2 – Underside Hardware
Install the handbrake bracket and rear anti-roll (Pumphrey) bar to the underside of the bodyshell.
STAGE 3
Stage 3 – Front Suspension
Fit the front suspension brackets, arms and shock mounts.
STAGE 4
Stage 4 – Rear Suspension
Fit the rear suspension brackets, swing-arm and shock mounts.
STAGE 5
Stage 5 – Steering System
Install the steering box, column, and linkages.
STAGE 6
Stage 6 – Engine
Mount the engine, drivetrain components, and related hardware.
STAGE 7
Stage 7 – Pedal Box & Pedals
Install the pedal box assembly and fit the accelerator, brake, and clutch pedals.
STAGE 8
Stage 8 – Wheels & Tires
Wheels assembly and mounting.
STAGE 9
Stage 9 – Electrical & Controls
Install the wiring loom, lights, switches, and control components.
STAGE 10
Stage 10 – Windscreen & Windows Installation
Install the wiring loom, lights, switches, and control components.
STAGE 11
Stage 11 – Door Installation & Adjustment
Install the door and hinges, then align and adjustment.
STAGE 12
Stage 12 – Exterior Trim
Fit the exterior trim, mirrors, bumpers, reversing handle, and final panels.
STAGE 13
Stage 13 – Interior & Body Finishing
Install the interior components and complete body finishing.
STAGE 14
Stage 14 – Testing & Final Checks
Install the interior components and complete body finishing.
