As our products are custom-built and made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless a product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photographs where applicable.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
