The Legacy of Peel Engineering
Originally created in the early 1960s on the Isle of Man, the Peel P50 became the world’s smallest production car and a true automotive icon.
With fewer than 50 ever built and only around 30 known to exist today, original examples now regularly sell for well over $100,000 — placing them firmly in the world of collectors and museums.
Where It All Began
The passion behind P50CARS started after seeing a Peel P50 in person at the London Earl’s Court Motor Show in the 1990s — the very same venue where the car originally debuted in 1962.
Seeing the car up close sparked the idea of bringing this remarkable piece of motoring history back to life for enthusiasts.

Built for the Fans
Original Peel cars are now simply out of reach for most people.
P50CARS was created so fans of the original microcars could experience ownership for themselves — not as display pieces, but as faithful recreations designed to be built, driven, and enjoyed.
Hand-Built in Britain
Every P50CARS vehicle is individually hand built in our London workshop.
Around 90% of all components are crafted in-house, staying true to the original designs while incorporating modern engineering for reliability and ease of ownership.
With over 15 years of experience, each car reflects the same craftsmanship and care that defined the originals.
