Delivery & Returns Policy

We try to dispatch all items in stock to the customer within 3 days. Items not in stock will take longer. In placing your order with us you agree that the period for delivery could exceed 30 days. You may contact us at any time regarding delivery and we will advise our best estimated delivery date. However, we will not be liable for loss or damage through any delay in delivery.

UK CUSTOMERS SHIPPING
Orders for parts and spares will be delivered by Royal Mail or DHL. Vehicles and vehicle kits will be crated and palletised and delivered by specialist courier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SHIPPING
Orders for parts and spares will be shipped by DHL. Complete vehicles and vehicle kits will be crated and palletised and shipped either by sea freight, air freight or door to door courier, depending on customer preference.

Returns must be made within 14 days, in as new condition including retail packaging. We cannot refund goods cut from a roll or sheet.

Please include a copy of your receipt and call us for a returns number. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on inspection of returned goods. A handling charge may be levied on returned goods.
